Our ticket prices vary based on demand, so we encourage early booking to get the best seats at the best price.

Booking early guarantees the best seats at discounted rates, and there are free tickets for those booking large groups.

When booking online, you will receive two emails:

• the first email will be your order confirmation
• the second email will contain your eTicket(s)

You'll also receive a reminder text message 24 hours before the show, also containing your eTicket(s).

Your eTicket(s) will be scanned from your device upon entering the building.

We encourage you to reduce paper waste, however if you require a printable version of your tickets, please contact the box office who will be able to email these to you. You can also log into your account and check your order history for details.

Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same show, a £2-per-ticket fee* will apply. We'll try to find seats at the same price as you originally paid, however this isn't always possible, and you may need to pay the difference.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice (or 72 hours’ notice for groups of 10+) before the performance for exchanges to be actioned.

Exchanges are not possible for shows with only one performance. Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase, as per our terms and conditions.

To make an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible.
