Our ticket prices vary based on demand, so we encourage early booking to get the best seats at the best price.

Booking early guarantees the best seats at discounted rates, and there are free tickets for those booking large groups.

When booking online, you will receive two emails:

• the first email will be your order confirmation
• the second email will contain your eTicket(s)

You'll need the eTickets within this email to gain entry to the Theatre/Studio for your event.

If you don't receive this email, or there is a problem downloading the ticket(s), please log into your account and check your order history for details. Alternatively, you can contact us.

To reduce paper waste, we encourage customers to download the ticket(s) on a mobile device. If we have a mobile phone number on your account you will be sent a link for your eTickets the day before your performance.

Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same show, a £1-per-ticket fee* will apply. We'll try to find seats at the same price as you originally paid, however this isn't always possible, and you may need to pay the difference.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice (or 72 hours’ notice for groups of 10+) before the performance for exchanges to be actioned.

Exchanges are not possible for shows with only one performance. Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase, as per our terms and conditions.

To make an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible.
