What is the offer:
Our new scheme unlocks theatre for just £4 for Bolton residents on Universal or Pension Credit or in low-income households. We’re working with partners such as Bolton at Home and other social housing providers so that price is not a barrier to an amazing night out.
Tickets are restricted to bands B - D, Mon-Fri performances with a limited number available per show, allocated on first come, first served basis. See below for full T&C’s.
Eligibility:
Bolton residents on Universal or Pension Credit or anyone referred to us from one of our ticket access partners can apply to be part of the scheme.

Universal & Pension Credit
If you are on Universal & Pension Credit and would like to join the scheme, please complete this form including proof of Universal or Pension Credit.

How it works
Once your membership to the scheme has been approved you will be able to access £4 tickets over the phone, in person at the Box Office or online by logging into your account.
Going to the theatre would have been a rare treat for me without this scheme. I have been so lucky to have been part of this and would never have seen some outstanding performances.

Terms and Conditions
- Ticket scheme is open to Bolton residents on Universal or Pension Credit or referred to us by one of our Ticket Access partners only.
- Proof of Universal or Pension Credit must be shared to join the scheme (excluding referrals from Ticket Access Partners).
- Membership of the scheme as standard lasts 12 months – after this proof of eligibility may be required to be updated.
- Limited number of £4 tickets available and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- £4 tickets available only on Octagon produced shows, 2 allowed per Member per production.
- For all non-festive shows tickets only available on Mon-Fri shows, excludes price band A.
- For Festive shows only available on selected performances. (The Jungle Book; Fri 22, Sat 23, Fri 29 & Sat 30 Nov 7pm, Fri 3 & Sat 4 Jan 7pm shows only).
