News Story
We are looking for creative facilitators, artists and practitioners to deliver workshops in October and November in the run up to Diwali.
To celebrate Diwali and tie into our brand-new musical adaptation of the classic adventure book Around the World in 80 Days, we are looking to organise storytelling and craft workshops at the Octagon and in community spaces around Bolton.
This opportunity is open to creative facilitators who can demonstrate inclusive and imaginative creative practice to inspire participants. We want artists with a good understanding of Diwali traditions who can create activities for young people linked to these. It is an opportunity to create artwork which will be displayed across the Octagon as part of Diwali celebrations and throughout the production of Around the World in 80 Days. Dates and venues will be confirmed and agreed with artists involved.
If you are interest in this opportunity please contact Niparun.nessa@octagonbolton.co.uk with an expression of interest and contact details by Wed 11 October.
