Customer Experience volunteers are invaluable members of the Customer Experience team. Assisting our paid Customer Experience staff, our volunteers act as greeters before our performances and at intervals, welcome audiences, check tickets, help seat customers, run the cloakroom and generally help and assist our customers.

Customer Experience volunteers are often the first point of contact for our customers, so it’s essential that our volunteers are smiley, social people who can remain calm when things get a little hectic and always be up for a new challenge!
