Youth Theatre: 14-17
Autumn Term 2025Youth Theatre: 14-17
About Youth Theatre: 14-17
Youth Theatre for our older participants aims to develop young people as sophisticated performers who feel confident to take creative risks in a supportive and engaging environment.
We encourage actors to challenge themselves to work together and to flourish in a professional theatre environment.
If you are in year 9 and age 14, then you can either join our 11-14 or 14-17 group.
What to expect this term?
This term we will be rehearsing an exciting new play, written by local playwright Nicola Schofield, which will be performed at our Festive Performance on Sunday 7th December. You will aim to develop skills in character performance and voice, and will have the opportunity to perform in the main auditorium at The Octagon alongside our 11-14 Youth Theatre group.
"Always a welcoming experience for all"
