Whether you're new to writing and want to develop your skills or already have some writing experience, join us for a free writing workshop with playwright and theatre practitioner Zoe Cooper. You will explore themes of identity and voice and explore the stories you need to tell. Zoe is a queer playwright and her current play running at the Octagon is Northanger Abbey which has been described as a “playful queer retelling of Jane Austen’s story”.

All workshop attendees will receive a free ticket to the 2pm matinee of Northanger Abbey at the Octagon following the workshop.

This workshop is open to anyone who identifies as LGBT+
