Susannah Pearse

KATE FERGUSON (Book) and SUSANNAH PEARSE (Music & Lyrics) have been writing musicals together for many years and are excited to be back at the Octagon with A Christmas Carol.

Joint credits include: Treasure Island,  Around The World In 80 Days (Octagon Theatre Bolton), A Christmas Carol (Octagon Theatre Bolton, Duke’s Theatre Lancaster), Sherlock Holmes: The Early Years (New York Musical Theatre Festival, winner of Theatre for the American Musical Award) and The Devil’s Disciple (RADA and the Royal Central  School of Speech and Drama).

Susannah Pearse is a writer and composer for radio and theatre. Her work has received a Musical Theatre Matters award for developing musical theatre for younger audiences, as well as the Theatre for the American Musical Award. Susannah graduated from Tisch School of the Arts, New York University.
