Talk It Out is a youth-led project developed through The Agency in partnership with the Octagon Theatre.

The project is a free 6-week programme in Farnworth that allows teenagers to develop essential skills such as stress management, confidence and enjoy this through fun activities. This project will involve 6 sessions with a group of 15 young people aged 15-18 years old. Each session will include different activities such as team building and drama games delivered in a creative way.

As Lead Facilitator, your role will be to:

- Collaborate with the assistant facilitator and producer to plan and deliver creative sessions around wellbeing and stress-management

- Deliver activities such as wellbeing techniques, creative games etc. to the young people

- Lead conversations and discussions around mental health and stress sensitively

You will need to be available on the following days from 6.30pm until 8.30pm:

- Tuesday 8 April

- Tuesday 15 April

- Tuesday 22 April

- Tuesday 29 April

- Tuesday 6 May

- Saturday 10 May (daytime - time TBC)

Interviews will be held online on Saturday 29th March.
