We are looking for a Community Theatre Director (Children and Families) to join our Creative Engagement Team.

You will lead on the delivery of our diverse programme of theatre engagement activities, with a particular focus on work for, by and with Children and Families.

You will work as part of a team of three Community Theatre Directors who each have a focus on a particular group – Children & Families, Youth and Adults & SEND.

Although specialising in work for Children and Families, you will support all of the work delivered by the Creative Engagement team.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of directing community theatre and leading participatory arts activities with a range of participants alongside a particular passion for work for children and families.
• Need to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to work collaboratively as we believe our work should be co-created with our communities in response to their diverse needs.
