We are looking for a creative, inspiring and highly personable individual to join our Creative Engagement team as a Community Theatre Director. The role will facilitate our regular community groups, with a particular focus on our Bridges groups for young people and adults with learning disabilities. With our new Director of Engagement and Impact role and our upcoming employability skills programme, this is an exciting time to join us and to support the Octagon to make an even bigger difference to Bolton.

You will be an experienced facilitator, confident in working with people of all ages, needs and backgrounds. You will be able to lead engaging, creative experiences for participants, from workshops to productions. You will have a collaborative approach to your work, listening to and working with our participants, along with the wider staff team. You will share our commitment to excellence, diversity and inclusion in the arts.
