ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for creatives and facilitators to deliver one-off workshops as part of our upcoming Bridges Festival (1st to 3rd July 2025).

Bridges Festival is the Octagon’s first ever festival celebrating our Bridges groups for young people and adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.

We are looking for facilitators with experience of delivering workshops with young people and adults with learning disabilities and additional needs or who are neurodivergent. We particularly welcome applications from artists who have learning disabilities and/or are neurodivergent.

We are open to hearing new ideas and suggestions for workshops and are interested in workshops exploring dance and creative writing. The fee for each workshop will be between £75 - £150, depending on the length of the workshop.

If you are interested, please email participation@octagonbolton.co.uk, including your idea for a workshop as well as a C.V. listing your facilitation/creative experience.

The deadline for applying is 27th April and we will be in touch with everyone shortly after this date.
