At this time of social distancing, staying connected with each other is more important than ever, particularly for those who are over 50.

Since launching ReAct as planned in March became an impossibility we have been finding new ways to engage with people, inspire creativity and improve wellbeing.

Facebook group

We have launched a Facebook group for anyone over 50 in and around Bolton who wants to take part in creative activities from the comfort of your own home. We will be posting creative opportunities, tasks and wellbeing initiatives, and hope that this group will help you to use creativity to be more connected in a time of social distancing.

Over 50? Interested in trying new things and having fun?

This July and August as part of our Get Creative Summer we have some exciting arts and wellbeing workshops on offer for over 50s.

So if you've ever wanted to try your hand at poetry or dance, learn more about mindfulness or family history, or chat to likeminded people about theatre, these sessions are for you!

All workshops are free and open to everyone over 50, no experience required - find out more about the events and book your places below.
