Join us for a moving evening of learning, solidarity and community connection to begin Refugee Week 2026. We will be showcasing artwork and poetry created by refugees and asylum seekers from all around Bolton and celebrating the wonderful contributions of our beloved migrant communities.

This has been curated in conjunction with Bolton Central Library, The Destitution Project and the Octagon Women's Group.

The Octagon has been a Theatre of Sanctuary since 2018 and is committed to welcoming and supporting newly arrived communities.
