James Martin is back for Bolton Food and Drink Festival 2026!

On Saturday 29th August, James will be helping us to celebrate our 21st birthday in style by serving up 3 live cookery demos and sharing some of his best recipes and cooking tips. 
James Martin’s famous passion for food and ingredients is seen in his best-selling cook books, restaurants, recipes and on screen each week in the highly popular and award-winning James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

Each session will include a Q&A session where you can ask James those burning questions.

11am and 1pm session will include a book signing*
