Yoga Traditions: Honouring the roots of Yoga and its origins

Join Priya for a meaningful workshop where we explore the 8 limbs of yoga and delve deeper into this ancient Indian spiritual practice for mind, body, and soul. This will be a practical workshop where the body will experience asana the physical postures of Yoga the Mantra the ‘Om’ the sound of vibration to the flow of life using Prana breathing techniques and setting an intention for finding your peace by stilling the mind and connecting with inner light meditation.

Priya is a certified Health & Happiness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Guide with over 17 years’ experience teaching yoga and supporting people to thrive and shine.
