Root to Rise Community Mini Retreat
Experience a space of connection and calmness through yoga and sound meditation. The workshop is open to all abilities and adaptions can be made if needed.
The session will be followed by a 'Cuppa' Chai and Chat about Cultural Wellbeing with Priya and Nipa our Community Engagement Lead.

Priya is a certified Health & Happiness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Guide with over 17 years’ experience teaching yoga and supporting people to thrive and shine.
‘I am truly honoured to be leading this workshop and sharing Yoga Wisdom with you, this is a tradition my grandfather taught me through childhood and has inspired me to learn, share and preserve the teaching so I can help people find their true potential and lead with kindness through Yoga and Meditation’.
