We are delighted to invite ArtBeat to be part of an exciting new summer project! Working with the Octagon’s Community Theatre Director, Lucie Jowett, you’ll be part of the development of a new play.

This three-day project will include:

· An opportunity to make theatre from scratch and perform your work at the Octagon

· Being inspired by a local story about Bolton Wanderers, community and belonging

· Working with the play’s writer to explore the key themes of the play

· A chance to develop your skills in devising and collaboration

· The opportunity to be part of a brilliant artistic company

The project will run from 16 to 18 July, 10am-3pm at the Octagon. There will be a small sharing session for an invited audience of family, friends and Octagon staff on 18 July.
