Are you aged 7-17 and interested in acting and performing? The Octagon Youth Theatre is for you.

Perform on stage in a professional theatre and work with experienced theatre professionals to develop your acting skills, confidence and creativity.

Each term you will work on a wide range of acting and performing activities, as well as taking part in exciting performance opportunities.

We currently have three Youth Theatre groups which meet on a weekly basis. Sessions take place during the following times:

7-11 years meet on Saturday 9.30am to 11.00am
11-14 years meet on Tuesday 4.30pm to 6.30pm
14-17 years meet on Wednesday 6.00pm to 8.00pm

Bursaries

Our Youth Theatre groups are £75 per term. We are sometimes able to offer assistance to participants experiencing financial hardship thanks to the generosity of our funders. Bursaries for our Summer 2024 groups are now closed. Please contact us before 2nd August regarding bursaries for our Autumn 2024 groups.
