By Shamia Chalabi & Sarah Henley

This comedy, set in Wigan, follows a fatherdaughter relationship over the course of a year. Ashraf is Egyptian, Muslim and a taxi driver. His daughter Shazia is half- Egyptian, half-Wigan and a millennial. Will they be able to see eye to eye?

Part of our FIRST BITE SERIES -  Three evenings of rehearsed readings of new plays at our home in the Market Place Shopping Centre. We invite you to see our actors perform three new “script in hand” readings, followed by a Q&A. We’d love to hear your thoughts about these scripts, which might one day become full productions.
