In a huge celebration of Bolton communities we are looking for 150 young people to join professional actors and community choirs to bring to life a new production of Gulliver’s Travels in an exciting outdoor performance in the beautiful setting of Bolton’s Queen’s Park.

Aged 9-21? Do you want to be part of the cast?

You don’t need any experience, just enthusiasm, willingness to try new things and be committed to putting on a production for three weeks of your summer holiday!

Rehearsal and performance dates

  • There will be a casting day on Sat 23 June, 2pm – 5pm which all participants should attend
  • Rehearsal and performance dates are Mon 6 – Mon 27 August
  • Rehearsal times 10am – 4pm, performance times will vary.

This can be paid all at once at the time of booking, or in 3 instalments of £50 each
(If choosing the instalment option, £50 is to be paid at the point of booking, then £50 by Tue 1 May, then the final instalment by Fri 1 June.)

There are a very limited number of free places available for those who don’t have the means to pay the £150 project cost - please contact participation@octagonbolton.co.uk for more information.
