In this session, you’ll enjoy a breath-led yoga practice, moving mindfully and welcoming the summer months with some creative flow. This is followed by a deep relaxation, accompanied by the magical nurturing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowl and aromatherapy oils.
This workshop is suitable for all over 50s, including beginners. Options will be given so that participants can practice in a way that is appropriate to them.
