For web and phone bookings we can post tickets out to you (a postage charge will apply). Alternatively you can choose the Print at Home option (free of charge) and your e-ticket will be sent to you to your email within 24 hours of making your booking. To reduce paper waste we encourage customers to download and show the ticket/s on a mobile device. If you are unable to do so please print your tickets and bring them along with you. There will be one ticket for each member of your party, all tickets must be downloaded or printed - please bring these along with you to the Octagon.
Some productions may contain strong language, themes of an adult nature, theatrical water-based haze and/or strobe lighting. Please ask when booking for more information.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ALL BOOKING CHANNELS
Tickets reserved by telephone or in-person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. Tickets reserved on the day of performance must be paid for no later than half an hour prior to the scheduled start time of the performance, or they will be released.
Online bookings require immediate payment.
If the performance is within 5 days of the booking date then tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection before the performance.
On receipt of your tickets, please check that they are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of the performance.
Ticket Exchange: Please note we do not offer refunds or credit. We only refund tickets if we have had to cancel a performance. Tickets may be exchanged for similar priced tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability and at our discretion.
In order to make the exchange, please notify the box office and ensure tickets are returned at least 24 hours prior to the performance date you were originally due to attend. All exchanges are subject to a £1 per ticket administration charge. We regret we are unable to offer ticket refunds, unless the Octagon has had to cancel a performance. Read full terms & conditions.
