We are closed on Sundays.
We do not charge booking fees online, over the phone or in person. A 75p charge for postage applies to tickets booked 7 days or more in advance over the phone and online.
We accept cheques and major credit/debit cards, excluding American Express
Please note we do not offer refunds. Tickets may be exchanged or a credit note given if tickets are returned to us 24 hours before the performance. A £1 exchange fee applies.
Tickets can be reserved without payment for 3 working days, if booking for a 10 or more, tickets can be reserved until 1 month before the performance (or 2 months before the festive show)
Concessions are available to age 16 years and under, full-time students, aged 65+ & retired, jobseekers, disabled patrons and their companion, Equity, NCA card holders. All discounts are subject to availability.
Age 17 - 25
If you’re aged 17-25 you can take advantage of our Young Person’s Standby Ticket. Book on the day of the performance and pay just £6. Proof of ID will be required, subject to availability, maximum of 2 tickets per booking, only applies to seats in stalls band B and gallery.
Schools & Education Groups
1 free teacher ticket per 15 pupils or 1 per 10 for the festive show. Plus other great discounts. See individual show pages for full details.

Please note that only certain concessions are available online. School and group bookings (10 or more seats), season tickets, young person’s under 26 standby tickets and customers with any disability, mobility impairment or access requirements should contact the Box Office directly to make their booking.
