Due to unforeseen circumstances the start of the building work for the essential redevelopment of the Octagon building has been delayed by a few weeks. This means the building will no longer close on Sat 5 May and the production of Summer Holiday will now be in the Octagon and not the Albert Halls.
The show will still begin at Bolton’s new travel interchange and include a musical bus journey where audiences will be brought to Victoria Square before making their way to the Octagon for the conclusion of the performance.
Audiences with existing bookings have been notified of the change and their tickets will be transferred to the Octagon and posted out to them.
This also means the box office and cafe eight will remain open at the Octagon until Sat 23 June.
