ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Experience department, playing a key role in the team.
The Customer Experience Supervisor delivers excellent customer experience across the
department, working in the Box Office as a Supervisor, and assisting in the delivery of room hire.
They will also be Duty House Manager for one performance a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Box Office and be familiar with the Spektrix CRM system.
The successful individual will demonstrate great leadership and inter-personal skills, will have previous supervisor experience and can work well in a fast-paced pressured environment.
